Good shirt -
Not too thick, not too thin. I will use it to sleep (elasticated wrists keep sleeves down to keep arms warm) and maybe also for day wear.

Good long sleeve running shirt for mild weather
I bought this shirt to have something to run in when the weather gets between 50 and 60 degrees. For that purpose, it is great. This is not a compression shirt, it fits loosely on me (which I like). I love the thumb holes and it has held up well over the last 3 months of wear and washing. I would totally buy it again.
