Love it
Lightweight, well fitting, brim nicely shaped. Easy to reshape after packing. Looks great, keeps sun off my head without getting too hot. Used for travel, city-breaks and hiking. My head a 57cm and found 7 1/8 best fit, returned the 7 1/4. Very comfortable and good value given ease of packing and looks.

Good fit, good value and perfect walking hat.
Bought to use in summer, cooler than my usual Tilley hat which used for rest of year. Just the job!

A good deal
I have enjoyed owning one of these hats for many years so i bought this one for my wife (almost twice the price i paid for mine) but for this quality i suppose the price by today’s standards i had a good deal.

Great Hat
The Hat is perfect. However it does not have an adjustable tab as shown the the 4th photo on the Amazon description so make sure you measure your head and order the correct size.

Smaller brim
All ok apart from the brim is smaller, I suppose it’s much like chocolate bars becoming smaller to keep costs down, disappointing.

Fantastic hat. Does everything it's advertised as doing and does it superbly. Kept my head cool in the jungle in Thailand. Yes, it seems expensive for a hat, I have had cheaper ones. This is so much better. I wish I had got one years ago.

Tilley Airflow hat
What can I say about a hat? My first instinct was that at in excess of £40 it was quite a lot of money for a hat but I decided that it was illogical to scrimp on a hat when I willingly pay the going rate for good quality boots, waterproofs, jackets etc, this being just as important in its own way, perhaps not as much as boots, but certainly as much as jackets wickable shirts and such. Accordingly I bit the bullet and went ahead with the purchase, and I have to say that I am delighted so far. It has stood me in good stead for a coast to coast walk across Devon as well as more routine walking. The claims made by the manufacturer have to date proved accurate and I look forward to many years of use (and the guarantee also covers loss of the hat as well as its manufacture!) As far as the Amazon service is concerned, as usual the item was delivered well within the time scale anticipated...I think that it was within a couple of days. So all round I am a very satisfied customer
