I thought my issue with leg cramps was lack of hydration. So, after gulping down loads of water, I would wake up in the middle of the night....still suffering with leg cramps. This seems to be a great solution allowing me to sleep much better and relaxed. It was a great value and keeps my legs moisterized as well.

Smells quite nice and is also way more moisturising than I’d expected!! I’m hoping to stop taking melatonin after using this cream for a while. It’s been about 3 weeks for me and I haven’t been able to sleep without melatonin still. But a work in progress! I use it on my feet exclusively and would keep using it just for the moisturising benefits even if it didn’t work. It’s quite good!

This is a wonderful product, it has been very helpful in relieving my nighttime leg discomfort and pain.

I'm 32 weeks pregnant, and got this to try and help with restless legs, cramping, and general sleep quality.Pros:- I do believe it helps me sleep better. More deeply, despite waking up to pee ten times a night.- When I use it, I dont have leg cramps/restless legs like I did before.- The scent is strong but I like it.Cons **FYI So far I have ONLY applied it to my legs and feet**- I never feel like it absorbs all the way. I have to put yoga pants on after I apply it and rub it in, otherwise my legs feel clammy in bed which bothers me. It says "apply generously," so that's what I do, but I might go lighter so as to avoid the moist feeling.- I have a few small cuts on my hands, and it stings anywhere there's a scab or where my skin is sensitive.- I didn't think the container would be so small. At this rate I'll go through it in about a week and a half, and it costs more than I want to spend that often.In conclusion, it does help, so I'll keep using it until I'm out despite the negatives. This is my first time trying a magnesium cream, so maybe many of them are the same way? In any case, I'll probably try another brand, maybe in a gel to see if I like it better.

I love the creaminess of the lotion and it makes my skin feel really soft. Have only used a few days so maybe will update after a couple weeks as that is the recommended time frame of use to see results!

Bought this as gifts. My mom and friend swear by it. Their pain has greatly reduced in their hands and they get a good night sleep!

At first i thought I was liking this product as it is more of a balm, so melts into your hand. Not sure why they call it a lotion - it is definitely more of a balm in my opinion. Anways, I used it on my son's legs as he experiences pretty bad growing pains, and liked this at first. But then felt like it was leaving a tacky layer, which just made me instantly realize I prefer literal cream or lotion type products over this, but then all of a sudden my finger nail bed area started BURNING, severely stinging to the point it was painful...it was the most bazaar thing. I don't know if there is an ingredient in this that interacted with my nail polish (OPI for the record, so very mainstream, well known nail polish brand). For full context, I am a very active, healthy, wellness-oriented mid-30s female with no health issues so VERY strange reaction to this product indeed. I washed my hands in cold water - literally they felt like they were on fire - and eventually all was well again! All of this to say, use this product at your own risk. I will be returning!
