I’ve started reading this book at the beginning of my healing journey. I have scaled back a little bit but it has helped me reflect on past trauma

I wish I could have read this book in high school or my early twenties. So much wisdom and knowledge that every (black) womon should know as they navigate womonhood. I emphasize "black" because of the historical aspect of the teachings.
