I am a freelance florist and flower grower, and I have been looking for a long time for a book like this one to show to brides. It is full of different wedding theme ideas. It has lots of little unique touches that would really make your special day unique, yet wouldn't cost the Earth. It is an American publication, but the ideas are equally suitable for a British wedding, with lots of vintage and country style themes. The book covers clothing, table settings, venue ideas as well as flowers and the little finishing touches that make your day unique.

This was a gift for my newly engaged daughter. The whole family are delighted with the content.

I bought this as a present for one of my best friends who has just got engaged. She seemed to love it, and I thought it was lovely, very pretty images and a bit nicer than a simple wedding magazine. I imagine it more for ideas, rather than any details, but lovely none the less.

I bought myself this book soon after I got engaged last year. It really is a beautiful book, one which I'll continue to enjoy looking through even after I've got married. The quality of the photos is amazing, and the text is all relevant and interesting rather than being full of 'waffle'. There are many different styles of wedding on show here, and I was drawn into each of them through the pictures and details. Although a lot of these weddings seem to have had large budgets, you can still be inspired by and use some of the little details for your own wedding, whatever your style and however much money you have to spend. The perfect coffee table book - enjoy!

I bought this for my sister-in-law as an engagement present. The book it's self was big and thick with hard back covers but I was a little disappointed with the contents. I was hoping there would be more to inspire her such as colour charts, flower styles and themes. Or more info on different styles of dresses etc. There was more writing than pictures. All the pictures were pretty but not very vibrant, they seemed a little old fashioned. The book was nice but I have seen better. I think wedding magazines might be more helpful in planning a wedding, this book doesn't help you organise your own or help with choosing your own style it just shows you what other people did.

This was part of my inspiration whilst planning my wedding last year. The front cover is stunning and is the first thing that attracted me to it. I loved flicking through it and getting ideas. We had a garden party wedding at my parents house and this had some lovely elements that we felt we could take and put into our homespun celebrations. It's also lovely seeing other couples special days, and this book is fantastic at showing how diverse people's styles are. I think this is a must for brides to be.

Gorgeous book with some lovely homemade ideas and great inspiration from other weddings. Definitely helped me choose my decor for the big day!
