Works brilliant, really pleased easy Installation

This is a simple but useful way of managing the vinyl backdrop I use. The red laddered ‘cord ’ looks pretty tacky but works ok. Easy to install and seems like it will survive long enough to make it a good buy.

Overall very good, the chain could do with being of a stronger material but understandable for the price. I now have two of these in the studio and they're very convenient for easy rolling down of both canvas and colorama.

really sturdy, and easy to put up. bit annoying how the paper unrolls itself and moves, however this was easily resolved with a hook on the wall, and it can depend on the weight of the paper.

Solid and good value, supports a wide paper roll well. I use a metal tube to stop paper sagging which adds to the weight but it still supports it well (though helped by having solid walls!). The plastic chain is the only weak part, but for the money it's great value.

I never comment but this has been a nightmare.I took a chance to see if this was something I could use with ease and everything about the system has been the utmost nightmare the mechanism to roll the paper sheets up and down hardly hang onto their own hooks they are designed for so you are essentially just tugging at the plastic rope as it does nothing - there are lots of unnecessary components added to it aswell that have practically no use and just get in the way. I literally have to manually roll stuff up and down with my hand and stand on a ladder to which everything just completely rolls out the whole sheet.Worst investment ever I'm removing mine and putting in the bin

Very pleased with this, it does the job that I need it for. Easy fo use.

Mainly writing this review to answer my own question i had prior to purchase. I have limited width in my studio, and because of stud placement the bracket left only 8cm before I hit the wall. This system still works - you just push the expanding end further down into the tube so that there is only a small amount sticking out. Works just as it should. Not sure why their support couldn't have told me that instead of ignoring my messages, but there we go.
