Great Product and Amazing customer service help.
I had a very good experience with this Companies Customer Service on this product. I purchased the 12V 120W 10A version to use with my Halfords Rapid Inflator - the adapter arrived and whilst it sort of worked, it was taking 5 or 6 attempts to get the Inflator to run - like it was struggling for power. I contacted RoyPow vis Amazon, and explained the situation - they were very good and asked a number of questions and asked me to provide them with some information - whilst they did not have direct experience with my tyre inflator (which is 12V 10A and works fine when plugged into a car), they did recommend that i should try their 180W version, as the Rapid inflator might be drawing too much current initially - the symptoms matched what I was seeing. I ordered the new version and also asked for a retune via Amazon, which worked really well - and am very happy to report that it all works perfectly - excellent customer service, and the product appears to be exactly as described. What impressed me most if that RoyRow's CS took the time/trouble to suggest various solutions as they wanted to ensure that we could resolve the issue - makes such a refreshing change to most things these days. Also, thanks to Amazon for making the return/reorder process straight forward.

Works a charm 😊
Worked a charm, needed it to pump car tyres due whilst cars are in storage. Car batteries are removed for storage so this was the next best thing to go for and the previous reviews made me purchase this and Iam glad I did. I have attached the pictures of the air compressor I use and it pumped 4 tyres without any power cuts / signs of over heating. My air compressor was getting warm due to 2 of the tyres with less than 10psi and the other 2 around 15psi and 25psi. I would recommend this product to others any day.

If you need a heavy duty transformer with high output ...
If you need a heavy duty transformer with high output via a car-type socket this is top value. The alternative seems to be bench-top power supply devices that are considerably more expensive. The supplier seems efficient and responded the same day to my request for an invoice.

Good Quality Product
I brought this so I could use my 12v air compressor indoors and its works fine. I cannot comment on its durability because I have only had it a short while, but it looks solid enough to last a life time if used sensibly.

Pleasing purchase.
Bought to power a 10 amp tent pump. Works well & seems well made. Only time will reveal any reliability issues but none so far. Excellent service from seller.

Not fit for purpose.
It couldn’t power my tyer inflator properly. It was not fit for purpose,very weak,not heavy duty at all. I had high hopes for this item. Very disappointed. A lot of money for piece of crap.
