I went with a size bigger. I'm pretty small framed every where but not being active like I once was as I've moved from the country to straight city not having any yard room or anything. I can't sit still so I'm always moving but not as much as I use to and no linger picking up heavy things as before so anyways. I seen this was cheap priced I figured I'll get to help me sweat it all out and help me with my back posture. Upon receiving it of course it was soooo strong smelling not a big deal. I soaked it for an hour in a mixture of warm water and baking soda. Then washed it on gentle. Hung it up to dry and it still smelled very chemical. I have had these types of materials in the past and never had to deal with potent smell. I used it anyways over a tank top. The thing is.... I had to break so much sweat to put it on. It was super small... Like a child's small. I still fought to put it on. It didn't fit right but I wasn't going to waste more time sending it back. I wouldn’t call this a body shaper. It’s more like a sweat jacket, which is what I wanted. However, the material causes an allergic reaction to my skin. (Rash, redness, and itching. I gave it two stars because it does produce heat.

Fits perfectly! Love it! I also like the fact that it has a hook at the top of the zipper.. because without it the zipper will not stay up at the top.. but besides that it is definitely worth the price! It will also make you sweat even if your just sitting around..

I got a small... and it is definitely a SMALL. I expected a bit more stretch to the fabric, but there is not much. I have no problem zipping it up, but when it comes to getting the hear rate up and breathing a little heavier, I noticed a cramp that came on quite quickly due to my internals getting all squished together and not being able to take very deep breaths. I certainly broke a sweat though, which is what I was looking for.FOLLOW THE SIZING GUIDELINES.
