Q: What size should I buy to fit a 36 inch waist

I bought the large and it was snug I'm a 32" so I think these are Chinese size clothes. I will say I felt like I was gonna burst into flames wearing them so they definitely work.

I bought a large and im 34" waist. They went straight in the bin because the waist was like a children's size. The top fits as normal size but tottom I'd propably XXL or XXXL

I'd go for a M, it sounds like the closest fit. I'm a 36 inch waist, and large fit me nicely, bearing in mind that they are very stretchy, you are better off getting a size that seems like a tight fit, after all, the idea behind these is to be a "second skin" to keep you warm.
