I installed the opener about 15 years ago after lightening fried the original door opener. The control that came with that opener never managed to enable the light without opening the door. This opener control works the system perfectly and was a snap to install.

This unit replaced my Craftsman 1992 wall unit perfectly. Same spacing and lifted garage door up and down and gave me back the little green LED in it. It also turns on the light on my opener itself. Awesome price too!

Our original 30 year old garage door panel wouldn't turn off the light. It had 4 wires but this one only had 2 wires even though the front looked exactly like our old one so weren't sure if it would work. We connected the 2 wires and to our surprise everything worked (garage door and light)! Quick, cheap and easy fix.

was not sure would fit with a older craftsman opener. ran the wire screwed to wall and bingo works like a charm. only comment is I wish I looked at description a bit sooner as wiring was not included. Great product.

I don’t know why but it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s our garage door opener or it was this item. Sent it back.

Product is well made; but I ordered the wrong one so it was sent backfor a refund and not used. It came very well packaged.
