Worth It.
A huge blessing! It gets hot, which is pretty amazing - wow, thankfully there are three levels depending on preference and skin separator.I thought the vibration had three levels too, but it actually gives you three different types of pressure, which is pretty interesting and nice. I do wish there was an option for intensity with the pressure types, but they’re still good and this is very much worth it!I don’t know why anyone commented on battery life, all their products are amazing (I have most lol) - and on one, when I did have an issue, their customer service is amazing. Easily reachable, I sent back what was having trouble and they sent me a brand new product for a replacement.Love this brand!

Heated & Massage...perfect for back Spasms.
Fantastic product! I get periodic back spasms and end up just suffering through the day. This rechargeable back heating and massage worked great. I can select 1-3 different heat settings; but 2 is hot enough. I also will cycle through the 3 different massage settings to work through the muscle. Worked better than I expected. Very comfortable and secure to wear it and I am sure it reduced the duration of the pain. No problem with battery life.

Massage and heat
It’s not your grandma’s heating pad. Heats up fast stays in as long as you want as hot as you want and no cord to tie you down.

Hyperice Venom2 vs Therabody ReoveryTherm (vs CUEHEAT)
Intro:I have had lower back pain for years and I have been trying to find a good heating pad that provides some pain relief. I need to be able to move around with the pad, so cordless is a must for me.I recently purchased 3: Hyprerice Venom2, Thereabody's RecoveryTherm and CUEHEAT and have been trying for a few weeks. I hope this review will help people when selecting their cordless heat pad. (I didn't see this comparison so just want to provide my perspective)Detailed comparison:Hyperice Venom2 (V2), Thereabody's RecoveryTherm (R) and CUEHEAT(C)Design:V2 wrap is more comfortable than R. The material is more stretchable and soft, which means it can provide more snug fit, therefore better heat conduction.R has the option to heat up abdominal area, which might be useful.V2 is soft enough that I can wear it as if it's a V2 shoulder and provide heat to my shoulder.C has good design in terms of power supply. It can be used with cord or with battery. I like the flexibility.Build quality:Both R and V2 have good build quality and are superior to C. But they come with 2x more price tag than C. Both R and V2 are FSA/HSAHeat:This is the main purpose of the heating pad for me. I need the temperature to be high enough to feel the relief. Unfortunately, the C is just too lukewarm. I barely feel the heat... V2 is definitely the hottest.I measured the temperature using a thermo-gun. All of them are in the hottest setting. Below is the result:C: 110FR: 125FV2: >130FVibration:R and V both have strong vibration and 3 different modes. It feels like a massage gun style. However, I don't use the function a lot because the penetration is not deep enough for me.Battery life:I didn't try out C because the temperature is not high enough for me.R and V2 are similar. Although they both claim 3hrs, the reality is far from that. They might quote the value for the lowest setting. In my use case, I use the highest setting for heat, and no vibration, both R and V2 are giving me ~1hr.Additional feature:V2 can be connected to the Hyperice app. I don't find that useful because controls are simple (heat and vibration setting). The only extra feature the app can do is extending the operation time to 30 mins instead of 15mins auto shutdown. For me, I just restart by pushing the buttons every 15 mins. This is easier than connecting the app every time .Conclusion:I would probably keep the V2 and return the other 2. Again, my choice is mainly driven by the temperature I need for pain relief.

It works
A buddy of mine and were talking about stiff backs due to age and arthritis and he said he got this vibrating and heated back wrap and offered to let me try it for a few days. Well Wa La , this thing was magic as it loosened up my tight sore back right away. You can adjust the heat and vibration settings very easily. I bought one for myself the next day. I golf a lot and get back stiffness so I use this prior to going out the course. I highly recommend this.

Another one failed.
I have been a hyperice customer since when they only made compression ice wrap and I have gone through most of their products through the years. The Venoms have been a hit or miss product so far for me. The first gen leg and back failed after 2-3 years with either internal wires breaking or battery/screen failing. I gave up on the leg but was able to re-connected the wires for the back to extend its life for a bit. The 2nd gen back and shoulder have been fine so far after a year or two of use. However, the Venom 2 leg, which I purchased two years ago and have been heavily using, suddenly failed. The vibration feature still works, but it does not heat up anymore. A few weeks ago I first noticed the wrap would over heat (the heating pad, not the battery), then shuts down by itself shortly (orange led flashing when it has been fully charged). I was guessing maybe there is some loose wires again so I unzipped it to see what is going on.The thermostat, which is supposed to be taped onto the heating pad, got loose. And there are two cracks on the heating pad. I did not inspect further but I guess it concludes why it is not working.Don't get me wrong, the Venom 2 line is an amazing product line, when all things are working. I am a heavy user for these products and I have seen thru all the wear and tear. I still believe in the brand and hope they can further improve their design.
