good fit, not too tight to work out

This is a lovely comfortable top and a beautiful colour. Fits true to size. Can be worn on its own or with a top inside. Silky feel to the material.

I'm 5 foot 2 and 158lbs. I bought the M in this and it's a perfect fit. It's lightweight and breathable and has everything I need for walking and hiking. It has a full zip, two pockets inside and two outside, a high neck which stays upright and protects my neck beautifully from the sun and thumb holes for the same purpose. I like to protect my skin in the summer and this was bought for that purpose. Having said that this is perfect for intense gym working out in the winter. I am thrilled with it and bought a second for washing and changing. I wore it and it kept me beautifully cool with the air going through. Highly recommended.
