The product itself seems good as a hydration vest. However, I could not use the product because even fully extended, the chest straps were too tight. I purchased the L-XXL size. This could work for someone with a slender build. But likely not a medium build.

This vest would have been perfect if it had a better design to secure the bladder when full. Unfortunately, how the current design is allows it to excessively bounce while running. The vest fit perfectly, but with that being said I would monitor the velcro in the back that helps adjust your fit. I only took it out for one easy run but already noticed it started to rub my pants. I have seen other reviews saying this ruined multiple pants due to the design flaw. With all that being said, I returned the vest for a different one

This is my first hydration vest and I used it for marathon training in the summer heat. I liked it. It didn’t rub against me too much. My back did get a little hot when my water ran low but I would expect that from any hydration vest. I’m excited to keep using it into the fall and winter for running and hiking.

The product description says there is a front zip pocket to store your phone.This is not correct!
