RU Ved Ashwagandha Ayurvedic Supplement Stress and Mood Support (60 Capsules)

I use Ashwaghanda for stress.I take it at night before I sleep and wake up feeling great!I love the RUVed product line. The Dr.s behind it are really great people and really know their stuff.

I’ve purchased this before and I’ve taken it was great success, and this batch came, and if I even put it in my mouth, it makes me sick. I’ve taken just a few tablets. The smell is awful. It’s not the same as when I bought it before I switch to a different brand and then came back to this one because I liked it better and now I wasted my money it’s making me totally sick. I had to stop taking it and no way to get a refund. This is Awful. Tired of wasting my money on crappy supplements that aren’t what they claim to be.

Good quality product. This is good quality product. Its effects ( like any ashwagandha) are best when used only 1-2x per week in my experience.

My item arrived in a shattered glass bottle, despite being bubble-wrapped and packaged securely.I was quick to improvise by ripping off the label, attaching it to a Mason jar, and pouring the medication from the end of the bottle that wasn't broken into it.Today is my first day taking it, but I will say the pills are quite large. Reminded me of my daily multivitamin pill in terms of size. The taste isn't great, but it's a pill so there isn't much to be expected there.I'm looking forward to seeing how this product helps with lowering my stress levels! I've heard Ashwaganda can seriously work magic when it comes to anxiety and for me I'm hoping to reduce my cannabis usage.

The dark green original capsules worked far better for me...why the change? I started trying other Ashwagandha providers because of this change. Late last year I bought a bottle and then again last month just hoping it may have been a bad batch🤦🏻‍♀️

Would absolutely recommend this product. My husband has been taking this for about a month and says it gives him mental clarity and feels less stressed.
