These are just like the ones my grandmother had when I was growing up. I used these for a "Coco" inspired children's party and the set was a big hit. The kids used the jumbo size cards and the adults used the regular-sized cards from the other set (I only used one deck of loteria). The back of the playing cards have poems and sayings in spanish which makes the all the more authentic. The deck of loteria cards have the sayings/rhymes that you're supposed to say for each picture (for example: El Diablito: Portate bien cuatito si no te lleva el coloradito). They are all Spanish, no translations, but it's easy to just make up a name in English and show the card to any non-Spanish speaking friends and family ... "La Chalupa. The woman in the canoe" etc. Very fun!

The cards are big and sturdy. Great buy.

Bought this set to play on Christmas with the family. It is great quality and everyone had so much fun. It comes with a set of big cards and a set of regular size. The large cards are super fun to play with. My nieces and nephews loved it. I highly recommend this set.

These are great.Basic set nothing fancy. They are very thin cardboard. I laminated the smaller set of cards. The large cards are quite big and we will probably never use them. I wish I would have just bought the smaller set. That’s my fault for not reading the dimensions. Happy with the purchase otherwise

Giftable easy to read and value for your money

This is an awesome game, and kids learn more Spanish. My kids want to play this every day! Good quality cards and boards. Love that there's a travel set too. Great idea!

It does not look authentic like the real loteria, but it will do if you just want to play.
