My Kids ID is exactly what you need.
I have 3 kids with special needs . each wears one. I uploaded the App. Has child's picture, all pertinent info, Diagnosis and meds . I feel confident that in an emergency situation, this product could make a huge difference in their treatment . If something happened to me and I unable to communicate , EMT's has emergency contacts etc.
