This item was a wonderful asset to my smoothies on the go. I enjoyed how it would blend well and not break up when blended. This item was refreshing and a booster to my hair mask.

I wasn't really looking for hair growth, I was taking it for the liquid vitamins and also I LOVE THE ENERGY!!! Now I saw on here, early someone was saying it was a rumor, well it's NOT a rumor, it just might NOT make YOUR hair grow. But for me, I was pleasantly SURPRISED how much it made my hair grow.... I will keep buying this product FOREVER!!!!
