I know there's no honey in this but to me this tastes and smells like honey once it is on your teeth. There is a minty, cooling sensation as well. I have used several other teeth whitening pens before and the application is mostly the same - click pen style with a bristle brush. The ingredients are obviously different from other brands as it is a proprietary blend. This one is advertised as whitening without giving you the sensitive feeling and from my experience, yes, that is true - no sensitivity during or after use.They recommend using this twice a day (inspiration for their brand name) for best and fastest results. I'm on the first week and did notice my teeth getting a little whiter. It will take a couple weeks of use to see the true results so I'm not able to speak on that yet. I do like the consistency of this product, the taste, and the feeling. It is important that I don't feel the sensitivity, something that often puts me off from wanting whiter teeth. It looks like they are launching other oral care products as well and so far I do like this whitening pen. I can't wait to keep going and see how far my whitening process can go.There is also a 1 pack but this 2 pack is a few dollars cheaper. I recommend this one because if you use this twice a day, as recommended, this will finish pretty quickly. However, if you're unsure about how well this will work for your teeth then perhaps check out their 1 pack. This Twice Oral Wellness Tooth Whitening Pen (2 pack) is easy to use anytime as it’s portable, and I don’t find it messy. The pen dispenses the product well, but did require initially clicking the pen many times (didn’t count) to prime it so the gel-like solution comes out. I just wipe my teeth dry with a thick tissue or clean wash cloth and paint the product on all my teeth. The gel clings to my teeth well and lightly foams white. This product leaves my tooth surface feeling smoother and cleaner.I don’t find the taste or process unpleasant and don’t get mouth irritation even though this has potential irritants (menthol and eucalyptus), and I have sensitivities to many mainstream toothpastes. I much prefer the pen to whitening strips as I can quickly cover all my teeth, and most strips slide around too much for me so they don’t make great contact and I taste more product. I don’t have to put my hands in my mouth with the pen like I do with strips, and I can spit out excess saliva with foam as needed (usually 1x per use).While not dramatic, I do see some quick whitening after using this pen 1-2x a day for 4 days while most strips have no effect on my teeth, though one big brand did help with longer term use. I want to finish the 14-day course and update if possible. I am getting slight sensitivity but not enough to make use uncomfortable and I do have preexisting issues. The pen is easy for me to stick with and I want to continue use, but need to speak with my regular dentist to discuss if the pen is appropriate for me.At a recent visit, the dentist (partner of my usual dentist) said not to use whitening pens and to use brand name whitening strips instead. She didn’t look at this pen or its ingredients or explain her reasoning. Since I like this pen and want to continue, I need to clarify if she said that because she doesn’t think pens work, or if she thinks they can harm enamel or if she doesn’t think they suit me as I have some restorations. I like this pen so far and will continue use if my dentist says it’s safe for my teeth (and I’ll update as appropriate). 4 stars. Made in the USA.

I've been using this twice a day (morning and night) for over a week now and have not noticed any difference. I don't drink coffee, smoke or drink wine so my teeth aren't super stained, but still have not seen any noticeable change. I do like that it's easy to apply, no sensitivity and no bitter taste, but that's about it

I really tried with this product, but I just could not stomach the taste. It has a hint of mint, but the other 95% of it is a taste I cannot explain. It almost tastes like your sucking on a mildewy rag and stays with you until you drink something which has to be 10-30min after applying. After I apply it to my teeth it develops a type of foam in your mouth which makes swallowing it down more difficult, I found myself spitting it out. As a result, I could not continue to use this product.
