LOVE LOVE LOVE Naked Fitness
I LOVE this book and the concept. Though I havent stuck to it 100% - when I WAS I was losing about a half a pound a day - AND I have kept it off. Food is yummy (everyone LOVES the chicken tortilla soup) and stuff that you will ACTUALLY eat. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
