Good but not exactly what the adverts say
These come as capsules not as powders. They do curb your appetite however the fat DOES NOT drop off over night. I saw several adverts for this product both, famously, Dragons Den and also some American company. Could there ever be a product where your fat disappears overnight? Doubtful. YOU have to do something as well so yes, it works to a certain degree if you exercise and eat a healthy diet.

Been on the tablets a couple of days now and followed instructions on how to take them but I think I have wasted my money , even tho I know it’s early days , but you can usually tell if something is making a difference .A lot of money for no results
