purchased one pair at a local shop. I was amazed. After a long sweaty shift at work, my feet didn't stink up the locker room. The smell was nearly unnoticeable. my feet were not damp and itchy like cotton socks. And my work boot didn't smell like yeast butter.So satisfied with the sock I orderd more off Amazon. I even gave a pair to my sister. She too was blown away.

These socks are well balanced. They're snug, but can wear them all day without discomfort. They stay in place. My feet feel less clammy and warmer. The padding feels great.Initial impression is top notch. Only time will tell for the durability.

Once you wear merino wool socks, you will slowly replace all socks with $25 per pair Darn Toughs. I've tried cheaper merino wool socks and they just don't hold up like Darn Toughs. They're worth every penny, I never thought I would take 2 pairs of socks on a 5-day 60 mile backpacking trip but that was enough.

Die Socken sind super bequem und toll gepolstert. In verschiedenen Schuhen waren sie sehr angenehm zu tragen und besonders in Kombination mit Red-Wing Boots liefern sie perfekten Tragekomfort. Meine absolute Empfehlung!
