Flaps not long enough for CD mount. 2014-2018 Siverado
Looks like this product is the only one for my Samsung Fold 3 that mounts to your CD player. The Silverado stock cd stereo system sits inside which makes the flaps obsolete. I had to break my magnetic holder to use the ball part and attach to this holder in order for it to work. Other than that it does hold Fold 3(for now).

Doesn't hold its position well.
The ball that holds the mount and phone in the direction weakens over time (2 weeks) and you have to crank the top down and apply gorilla glue if you want any hopes of it holding its position.

Gives out quickly
After using this with the Galaxy Fold 3 with in a few months the ball joint just gives out. The Fold 3 will no longer be held up right by this. I've tried things to make the joint hold on tighter but it just does not work. I've had to adapt to looking at my phone as it looks down towards the floor. It is a good holder for about 3-4 months then after that you may as well buy a new one. The thing that goes into the CD Player slot starts to give way after about the first month in the summer heat ( In central VA so if you live in FL don't waste your money ). All in all I would say buy this if you don't mind replacing it after a few months. Though if you are looking for a buy it and forget it type thing I would not recommend this for that.

If you have a case, this mount will be suboptimal but can be worked around
This mount does NOT work well if you have a case with any attachmentsor bulk to it. My Fold3 has a stylus slot on the hinge and so I had to use it to hold the phone only on one side. It seems ok but unbalanced so I'm keeping an eye on it. I don't love how it holds but it may work out ok. it would certainly be better with deeper brackets or extensions to hold a thicker overall device but it seems to be usable.

So far, so good
I mounted this on my dash about a month ago. This is for my new Samsung Fold G7. I'm looking forward to the truly harsh tempatures of mid winter. If it holds through that great. My dash is not a smooth surface, so l was wondering if it would stick, it did, so far. I did a thorough cleaning of the spot where it was mounted.Easy to use and adjust.

Held my z fold 2 in place regardless of potholes and bumps does not fall off or out. I love it. This beats the most expensive ones and I've tried them all

ＣＸ５（ ＫＦ）に取り付け。同じようなＣＤスロットタイプを色々見ましたが、エアコン吹き出し上部にネジ部分やアームが当たりそうだったのと、ハザードボタンを塞がないという条件でＣＸ５に合うのを探していたらこの商品を見つけました。写真のタブレットは８インチ。想像通りピッタリでした。インパネにも干渉しない、ズラして取り付ければハザードボタンも問題なく使える。同系統のＣＸ８にもぜひ。補足ホルダー部分は自分の好みではないので、ボールジョイントが合う他の気に入っているホルダーに付け替えて使ってます。

Not worth it
Love the option to finally use my cd player lol.... but the bracket that holds the tablet is very cheap and doesn't hold it firmly... added some weather stripping to top and bottom of bracket arms and that helped. Time will tell

Wife won't let install a new stereo with Carplay or Android Auto in her car.
Sturdy and functional. We use my wife's car for long family trips, since it's bigger than mine. It held a dual screen LG G8x dual screen phone that is about the size of an iPad mini when unfolded without problems on a 3 hour road trip.
