M'hamsa, or couscous, is a Mediterranean staple food enjoyed all around the region of the Maghreb. Mahjoub's hand-rolled couscous varies in size slightly because of its unique production and is most similar to medium-sized Moroccan couscous. The production is done the same way it was done centuries ago by the Berbers, the original inhabitants of the mountainous area. It actually rolled several times to improve the consistency of the grains, which are then rubbed with olive and salt and left to dry. It has a toasty, hearty flavor; enjoy with vegetables, meat dishes, as a side dish or main course.

I love this product. I use it a lot in protein bowls with other ingredients. It is a versatile ingredient in food preparation. I prefer this over couscous.

I love this product, so quick and easy to prepare ( only six minutes). Not only that it can be eaten hot warm or cold as a salad. Would definitely recommend.

The most delicious couscous you will have outside of North Africa
This chewy couscous has tons more flavor than anything you can buy in a grocery store. Dress it up with sliced sautéed shallots, currants and chopped toasted pistachios. Delicious!
