Amazon service worst,Average product,sound quality ok ok, NO REFUND,ONLY REPLACEMENT
I got ptron buds pixel today,music quality is ok ok,not too good,bass is low,treble is high,vocals are medium,call quality is good background noise cancelling works nice,but you can't wear earbuds for long time it create pain in ears, there is no refund policy on amazon,only replacement can they given..so i suggest you not to buy anything from amazon.customer service is worst,i called them and they gave me poor service,Buy from flipkart not from amazon.. Product is nice.. But service of amazon is worst, i'll not buy anything from amazon in future,boycott amazon..

Waste of money (third class product)
In first 1 month it works normally but after a month it's stopped taking charge in charging case as u can see in the image. I just use for hardly 1-2 hrs a day so the result is like that.Some points are there:1) for music it's good2) bluetooth connectivity is not good u have to connect always3) for calling it's totally waste u cant hear the voice properly and when u speak u have to speak very loudly4) battery back up is average onlyI have mailed ptron for replacement of my product they said send us the product by courier their office is in Hyderabad. For courier charge also I have to pay it. if I will add 500 I can buy a new one. From my suggestion go for boat, oppo, realme etc. This is just a third class product with high price.

Classy product
1. This is a wonderful product design is awesome and feels extremely light to hold and use2. Battery backup is very impressive. No waste of money. Quality is just superb3. The sound quality is very good very balanced sound. No lag during gaming. Very good in quality and packing of the cover of earbuds4. It's visual makes itself a unique and attractive product don't think before you buy. Just go for it5. I just love it..so good bass in this earbuds. I thanks ptron. It's awesome music clarity is too good I just loved this product6. Gaming sound is so clear in game. Noise cancellation works good and calling quality is also soo good

Quite disappointed altho the sound quality is pretty good
Not gonna lie, the sound quality is good, bass is decent, comfortable to wear but the sensitivity is terrible. Sometimes you've to tap multiple times to answe phone calls or play music, sometimes it's too sensitive that it even responds to hoodies. Another issue is, when you answer call while gaming, it keeps disconnecting and reconnect randomly. I swear I'm never buying sensor based earphones again. Good old tapping buttons are the best.

After using more than one year, I am writing this the buds are good but case is not good you will face charging issue some time buds will not get charged and sound is also not good as compared to rs 150 Wired headphones 150rs headphone have high bass than this i will not recommend this product if u really want something good buy some known brands with little much more investment........

Review based on 3 - 4 month usage.
Review based on 3-4 month usage. Sometimes one airpod disconnects. Some times it shows out of battery and when we connect it to a charger, it shows battery full in just 5 minutes. Audio quality is good, assuming 1000 rs. Bass is good. I do not suggest for a boom baas. Big problem is, that there is no option for sillicon case of any Ptron TWS. And after sometime, Little bit scratches comes up to a charging case. Green light is scary at night time. Whole room gets greenish , when it blinks. Build quality is good. Overall good quality at 1000 rs.
