Cold beverages only, but good for the tummy
I keep forgetting that it can't go into hot beverages, but now that warmer weather is approaching I should do better. Seems to do the job. Definitely a re-buy.

Good effective but each different quantities.
I tried several different types of probiotic but nothing has been satisfying than this one. I like this powder type and it tastes good either. However, I have felt the quantity of each pack is different. I noticed few were lack of quantity, which it should have more like others. I wanted to complain about this but still I like this and will see this time.

Have been using for almost a month. Before using, had frequent episodes of diarrhea and abcominal cramping. Since using have had virtually neither of those symptons.
