Best item for the RA cook...
Not installed yet but had two in the past houses & w/severe arthritis, I would never be without a pot filler. Will update review once this particular product is installed & used routinely.

Water handle fell off after 2 years
The product is good looking and functional as it needed to be. However, with very little use its surprising that the water lever/top would fall off with no apparent reason as to how or why. Additionally, my plumber looked at it and there doesn't seem to be a way to reconnect it. Further, I've tried reaching out to the seller as Id hoped that maybe this was/is a defective item and since my wife liked it we were actually considering getting another but hopefully @ a discounted price given the need to re-install. The seller hasnt responded to voice messages as per their contact instructions.

Pot filler paradise
The media could not be loaded. I spent weeks looking at pot fillers and when I saw this one on Amazon it looked like exactly what I wanted. Ordered it, had it installed, which was easy, and I love love love it

Filler looks awesome and works great!
Filler works well and fits in into our new design. It has 2 valves and that seems like extra work so we're trying to decide how to use them both. Would order again!
