This usb was very difficult to set up on my Mac and I can't re-set it. I spent hours of frustration trying to set it up. It keeps freezing when I try to use it. A very important security feature is missing - it does not format itself after a wrong password has been entered many times. Their support site is not helpful and you can't chat with them or email them, you have to phone. I bought this product because I liked the kangaroo, but I will never make this mistake again!

It doesn’t work the same in windows and mac,it has to be reset several times

El articulo llego a tiempo y sin problemas, llevo unas semanas y hasta ahora funciona sin problemas, me gusta su software de encripcion que me parece segura y la aplicacion de antivirus que trae precargada, esta ultima es una version de prueba por 30 dias, pero creo que comprare la licencia pues me parece bastante util y confiable, en conclusión es un excelente usb

A great piece of gear. 4 STARS(The 3 stars are for the cap and leash) I don't like the cap because it pops off in my pocket or when I drop or toss it on my desk the cap jumps off. Also the little tiny leash it comes with is basically useless.
