Incredibly dim, does not blink. Tried it on a 12VDC source, nigh invisible. Cranked it up to 48VDC before the brightness was even passably useful, and still did not blink. Thought I could save myself some time getting these things pre-assembled, now I'm back where I started soldering things together myself from Digikey and making them blink. Consider it a lesson in cutting corners and "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is".

What even holds the leds into the metal bits? The leds wobble around. Other than that, proper shrink tube over the in line resistors, threads were cut well. Pretty good
