I've only been using this for a couple days, and I have to say, I do notice a difference. Nothing totally amazing, but I do feel more focused and clear. I'm a big fan of supplements in general, and have been looking into these types of supplements recently. I've only tried a couple so far, but this one seems to have had the quickest, and most dramatic results. When I say dramatic, what I really mean is noticeable. I've also noticed that my mood seems a bit improved, maybe i'm calmer in general because I have a little more focus? I really don't know, but these do seem to be doing what they say they will after only a few days. I also like the fact that they are made in the USA. I would be a little iffy about taking supplements from some foreign countries, to be honest. As long as I continue to see these improvements, then I will most likely be reordering.
