Another great Sabrent product
I can use this with my Huawei mobile to output to a screen in desktop mode and also as a portable dock for my Nintendo Switch to large screen and power in to the Switch. Its well made and compact and I'm sure it will also prove useful in other ways as it also includes memory card slots along with USB 2 and 3 slots.

My machine was not compatible
Brilliant concept and will watch if there are adaptors to suit my machine . Bad part of this was the communication with the seller they got me angry. Nevertheless the product concept is good I am still in need of a similar split product.

Dead USB-C
The USB-C port is dead. Everything else seems to work.

Completely dead
I don't know what's going on with this USB C hub, but its completely dead. I tried connecting this via a USB C cable from my motherboard 6ft long, into a male - male connector, into a shorter 6" USB C cable, and it didn't work. No power, no connection to any device from any socket, but the little blue LED on the hub was powered. I then connected this hub directly to my motherboards USB C socket, and again, no power, no connection but the blue USB LED light worked. I tried contacting Sabrent via Amazon, but I've gotten no response. I've got a Rocket+ PCIE 4, NVME drive from Sabrent I use for my windows operating system and I have a Sabrent NVME external enclosure that's really nicely made of aluminium and works faultlessly. I don't understand why Sabrent are making terrible products like this, and great products like the NVME external drive I have. Perhaps the clue is in the fact its made of cheap plastic, and feels cheap in the hands means its made by somebody else, but it doesn't deserve to be a Sabrent product. Sort it out.

Look around before buying
I may be using it wrong but my Tom Tom wouldn’t update and as yet have not found anything that will charge through it . Did read an sd card and runs a small led strip and it gets warm doing that ?

It doesn’t not charge the device
Used this on my iPad, usb, Sd, micro Sd and hdmi (@30fps) all work as expected. How ever doesn’t charge the iPad while using it. Very disappointed in that but I guess you get what you pay for.
