Arrived on time and just as described. Seller actually called ahead before delivery. Used it at a festival for 4 hours and battery was still charged. Very easy to load with 2 people. It is very high quality and comfortable. Maneuvers great. I am very pleased.

What a great product the price is in the mid range and is perfect it looks great and performs really great. It’s easy to to breakdown for transportation in the car. It fits perfectly in my Jeep Compass. I highly recommend this product.

This is a game changer for me. It's my "legs" .... I'm 51 & have been fighting a terminal lung disease for 3 years. My legs are just fine, but it's impossible for me to walk more than a few steps without giving out & severe oxygen drops.I haven't been able to play with my grandchildren, outside, for the last 2 years. That's changed 😊! My Vive is no wimp! It goes across my property with zero problem. Haven't felt like it's going to tip over. Feels sturdy & solid. I've used it consistently for 4 hours (at the most) and the battery held charge.It's a BIG deal to be able to play with my grandbabies! AND I can go other places without depending on someone pushing me!I do need to order the oxygen tank holder. Saving $ up for that 😊. For now, I hold my O2 tank between my knees lolLet me tell you about the seller....Their customer service is top notch! Very friendly and understanding.At first I thought the battery wasn't holding a charge due to a blemish. They were ready to replace the cover and the battery. They, also, sent trouble shooting instructions. After trying their suggestions.... The battery not only holds the battery, it went for FOUR hours and could have gone even longer!This is such a blessing in my life! I'm, also, thankful I chose to buy it through VIVE because of their excellent customer service.If you're wondering if anyone asked me to write this review, the answer is, No.It's made such a positive difference in my life, I don't feel and not left out of so much I've missed these last few years.I recommend this to anyone with low to no mobility! The only problem I've had is: I wasn't paying as close of attention as I should've been and almost mauled my teenage nephew down 🤭 lol.

I am a diabetic and have issue walking long distance and since I had several vacations I bought it. I love that it's easy to load in the car and my daughter has a Kia Soul so I take it everywhere. I have taken it to Disneyland and California Adventure. The only issue I am having is that the battery does not last a long time and it's hard to find a place to chare it at those places.. So when we go now I just rent one there.I would buy it again it has helped me so much!!!!Marisela G

We bought this scooter as a gift for my brother. who lives in NYC, while we live in Florida. He has been gradually losing mobility for the past several years to the point where now, at not quite age 65, he can’t safely navigate out onto the street with his rollater walker in his be neighborhood. He was excited about the prospect of new mobility, so when the scooter came with a brake defect—it was so disappointing!!! (Hence the four stars on my original rating.) However, my sister-in-law contacted the company and supplied a video of the problem. Vive arranged for them to return the original scooter and then shipped a new one fairly quickly. The new one arrived yesterday. They charged it up overnight and my brother is thrilled!!! They’ve been exploring all morning. He finally has his independence back! For his privacy, I blocked out his face in the photo, but if you could see it, his expression is so happy!!! Makes a big sister feel wonderful!! The scooter is easy-to-use, maneuverable, compact, sturdy, and pretty fast, too!Update: ZERO STARS!!! The second day my brother took out the replacement scooter, all excited and happy, it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason!!! The battery was fully charged, the weather was clear, the pavement was level, but my brother and SIL were STRANDED two blocks from their apartment! My 60-something SIL had to PUSH my brother on the scooter all the way back to their building!!! We don’t want another replacement — just a refund. Amazon has assured me that they’ll refund the price if Vive doesn’t, and I’ve already ordered the Pride Go-Go S-74 as a substitute for my brother. (I bought my other brother this model 4 years ago and it’s still going strong.)

To be able to get outside and "run around" gave such a boost to my invalid husband's morale. Easy to get into and out of, comfortable, easy to operate. His oxygen tank fits well into the basket, along with his phone and extras.Easy to put together. It should emphasize that it must be thoroughly charged before trying to use--we originally thought something was wrong when all alarms were going off and no troubleshooting seemed to work. But...we continued to charge it overnight and ta-da! It worked fine.
