Baxton Studio Sorrento Mid-Century Retro Modern Grey Fabric Upholstered Wooden 2-Seater Loveseat

My ceramic studio has this love seat + the larger couch, and I had couch envy. I needed something compact for my office and the love seat turned out to be the perfect couch! It wasn’t easy to assemble because the directions are not super clear, but if you’re like me and enjoy assemble IKEA/West Elm/Way Fair furniture, then this is not the most difficult assembly you’ve every tackled. It’s definitely helpful to have another set of hands, but I’ve seen someone build two of these solo, so not impossible.As for comfort, I like it for it’s firmness. You don’t sink into this couch, so don’t expect plush. The arms are also perfect if you want to set a cup of tea on it.One of the best things I’ve purchased on Amazon!

We were looking for an affordable yet stylish solution for our primary living room. We bought this 2 years ago and it turned out to be a great find. It's simple but modern design fits with mid-century home. What we appreciate most is it's light and can be easily moved for gatherings at our house. It's on the firm side, but we're not using it for lounging or TV viewing. Think of it as a nice option for a more formal setting or an office/home library. Our 2 year old son especially enjoys it because he can climb up easier than a bigger couch in order to read his books. We've appreciated it so much that we decided to get the matching chair. One final note, from what I recall, assembly was a little bit of a hassle.

Nice loveseat. Good price. Assembly Instructions weren’t included. Found them online, but they weren’t very clear. Luckily there aren’t many pieces to put together and it’s fairly easy to figure out what goes where. This is a very and I mean very firm seat. Not uncomfortable, but not soft in the least. I like the way it looks and I think it’s a nice addition to my family room.

Directions fairly easy to follow; took me about an hour to assemble, most of that trying to get the back and seat lined up and I had a bit of confusion on the front rail. I am 65 y.o. female and was able to assemble it all on my own. Once assembled the seat is sturdy and really looks good.

I was really impressed with this product. Bought the loveseat and the chair. They came together in about 15 minutes each and are SOLID for the price. The fabric is simple but nice, and doesn't seem prone to pilling or snagging. The cushions are firm, not plush, which is preferable since i expect they will wear better over time. I use it for office furniture and it works well for that. It might not be plush enough for a livingroom/family room setting. I also picked up the side table and shelves and they are also a nice surprise.

Looks decent, but really uncomfortable. Ok to seat for few minutes, but not the one to seat if you want to enjoy some coffee and read a book.

If you like mid century modern design then this is a cute little love seat. It easily sits 2 people and a cat however it is a bit on the firm side. This is great for guests or for a reception area though as a daily seater it leaves something to be desired.
