More than expected
It is a very interesting DVD based on the book of same author. He is to the point and gives good advices for professionals or amateurs pianists that are in search of a better performance on piano. The subjects are well divided in the chapters and you do not need to see everything at once, on the contrary, by watching step by step you will enjoy more this DVD and have a better understanding of what he is explaining. Full of practical advices performed by the author. I really recommend this video.

Finally got the book
For some years I have had the DVD that goes with this book (if you want it). It is very instructive, but to have the book as well is the icing on the cake.I know that my piano technique (only a keen amateur) has improved many times over by following these techniques.

Too involved for me.
A bit difficult for a new student to grasp.

Piano technique
Working my way through this book slowly. Be prepared to do the exercises carefully and don't expect to master it all in weeks. This is a long time commitment. And buy the DVD - makes this clearer.

Needs much devotion ( video also necessary)
I've not had time to work my way through this yet, but his method seems excellent. Fink does not just expect you to take his ideas on face value but explains why they will help improve piano technique, and he shows with concrete musical examples from the repertoire (in the video) where they apply.Just one little point so far that I disagreed with was his recommendation to place the opposite leg in a contrary direction to where the body is moving along the piano, as far out as you are moving. This didn't work for me ( back muscles should be able to compensate for the movement).
