It's great. Happy customer !
I read a lot of the reviews before I purchased but wow very impressed. It's so nice. I bought a total of 3 sets and stacked all of them. I hate assembling things but the instructions were simple to understand. The instructions shows you how to stack or just build one so you have step by step guide on what you want to do. What an upgrade from the other photo I attached. I am so tired of shoes falling inside of the closet and it just being a mess. This was definitely an upgrade. If you are on the fence get one set and you will see how nice the quality is. It's very sturdy and I've never had a shoe rack that felt so secure and stable. It's very nice. I wanted it to fit inside the closet and it did perfectly! It's great for narrow spaces if you don't have a lot of width to work with. It holds a lot.. you can stack your flats and fit sandals in there or put shoes side by side. I only had maybe 1 or two pairs that I had to kind of push down when sliding in, it fits most shoes great. highly recommend. I did spend about $90-100 to get the sets but its worth it for organization and presentation!

Sturdy & looks fine in the entryway
Easy enough to put together. Would prefer if there was a bit more space between bottom shelf & floor, for shoes with higher instep. I'll say there's an upper limit of shoe size that works. My husband's size 12, on the wide side, fit a bit awkwardly.

Works well for the price
I wanted something for a little storage flexibility in my mud room. I had a tray that was just slightly smaller width and length dimensions than this that I used for shoes, but I was looking for something with shelves so I had a little more room for things. The only reason I didn't give this five stars was assembly. It's a piece of cake and tool-less, but the shelves have small brackets that slip over the frame on the left and right sides. Good concept, but they had nylon inserts or some other plasticy material, I assume to keep the unit from having any potential rattle sounds as well as to provide a grip to hold it in place so it doesn't lift up. Without tools to assemble, there would be no other way to easily make sure these stayed in place. Problem is the shape - those inserts were canted inward, picture a U shape with the open end of the U somewhat pinched. That provides the pressure when slipped over the side frame to keep it in place. But getting them OVER the frame with that pinched opening was a pain since it obviously was too narrow. I had to really mess around with screwdrivers to help pry the opening on those inserts a bit to get them to slip over the bar on the sides that they clamp onto. Of the 12 clamps that have to slide over the side of the frame (four per shelf) only two actually slid easily. And those aren't any less secure than the others, so it seemed a little pointless to have that much pressure on the pieces that join everything together.Other than that, though, the unit is great. Looks good, and my tray I had fit PERFECTLY underneath to catch any drips now that we're coming into fall and winter, and boots will soon be sitting on this. There's just enough room on the first and second shelves for adult shoes as long as they're not high top. Standard shoes and tennis shoes fit alright, but anything taller will need to be on the top shelf. No noise from the unit once it's assembled, and the bottom feet are screw inserts, so you can adjust it to help level it against a slightly imperfect floor, to help alleviate any wobbling corner to corner.Despite the irritation of the assembly, which was only for a few minutes anyway, it's well worth the price and works great.

overall a good quality product with good support
Overall it's good quality - very sturdy, even when stacked. I would purchase again but I wish I had been aware of the following:1. The instructions tell you to put each shelf in, starting with the bottom one. What they don't say is that you should NOT push the shelves into place until all shelves have been added. If you do, you can't open the structure up enough to put the last shelf in. Maybe this should have been obvious but it was a frustrating little detail.2. With my units, the bottom pins went in very easily. But the pins that allow me to stack the units were almost impossible to screw in. I had to use pliers and I stripped them - they are literally never coming out. That said, once they were in, the unit is very sturdy.3. I suspect the above is because my second unit was defective. One of the shelves did not have padding on the shelf rests. I contacted the manufacturer and I will give them credit for being very responsive. They sent me a replacement shelf pretty quickly and that one worked like a gem.

Sturdy and attractive
Good and strong, I feel it won't bend under the weight of shoes ( as cheaper racks I've owned have done)

Easy to assemble & sturdy
Took me a few minutes to find a comfortable way of assembling it since you build it upside down, but was easy enough to get through on my own. Feels sturdy and currently holding around 7-9 shoes comfortably across from our other shoe rack. It was a perfect fit as a secondary shoe rack since we're a household of 3.
