It's okay.
The projector itself is okay. There's a small adjustable peg on the bottom of it to adjust the screen position up and down, as well as a focusing scroll and a scroll to tilt the screen. The main problems I had with this is: you can't focus the entire screen. Either the center or the edges are in focus but never both at the same time. The other thing is the speakers are only okay. They get loud but they sound pretty metallic and tingy. For lack of better terms... You can use the audio input (headphone jack) to add external speakers, but even those are only okay because there is no actual audio output, just a headphone jack. The remote does not register if you are using it from below or a few feet away. You have to point it directly at the projector. The good: cheap and it works. It's a good projector if you're like me and just wanted it to play things like Mario kart and the occasional movies on! Of course, for movies you will need different speakers as I said earlier.Overall, I wouldn't purchase again, but I'm also not disappointed in the purchase itself.

Good value on an affordable projector
I bought this projector to watch movies on my screened-in back porch. Getting it setup initially was pretty easy, fairly simple plug and play.Positives:- The lamp is brighter than I thought it would be, only washing out in the middle of the day- Good resolution even from 6-7 ft back- 5V USB power connection on the projector means that you can connect a Chromecast without running another power cable- Plenty of connections: HDMI, VGA, USB, AV- Fan is reasonably quietNegatives:- Focus is inconsistent across the picture. I've tried many focus adjustments and I still get some fuzziness along with edges, with a very sharp center.- The WiFi features are finicky and difficult to setup.Improvements:- Add a lens cap that fits properly- Add mounting holes. Has a leveling screw that can be used as a single mounting point.- A way to turn off the WiFi radio entirely.Overall I'm pretty happy with this projector. For this price I think that you could do far worse. I wouldn't use this for presentations, but it is great for the occasional outdoor movie on a summer evening.

Sounds like a high pass filter is being used on a ...
—Testing from 5 ft distance casting on 72" projector screen. Please note this unit was a replacement unit. Please note not all functionalities of this unit were reviewed. If requested i can upload the demo video with all conducted tests.Gamingmiracast/DLNA provided decent image quality. Quality was significantly more consistent when using mhl to hdmi connection cord to limited gaming systems and phone. Advanced gaming systems fairly seamless no significant lag or image degradation when playing low resolution games (minecraft) . Minimal delay and image blurring when playing god of war (ps3) and halo (xbox 360) on high action moments of these game.StreamingWireless streaming - Miracast - some minor audio lagging; noticeable video lag and image blurring periodically. This could potentially be network related as it is more frequent in the afternoon but not limited to the afternoon. Application tests include youtube, amazon video, and netflix.HDMi streaming — standard dvds play as expected no significant lags or image blurring. 3d and 4k functions not tested as device is not designed for these formats.AVI streaming — standard dvds play as expected no significant lags or image blurringSD card reader — multiple formats supported the few i tested looked as expectedAudioDepending on the medium the sound is ok. It is definitely not made to be a home theater type projector as it does not fill a room or have any audiophile type music qualities. There is minimal bass and treble from the speakers. Mids sound decent and clicks and other sounds are very clear. Sounds like a high pass filter is being used on a low level.OverviewPros— very portable, not bulky or heavy and very easy to setup with or without instructions; however, more specific instructions for using the miracast function maybe required as was not in the instruction manual only DLNA instructions were included.— low power requirements compared to similar size projectors.— Not as pixelated and other projectors in its price range— some keystone correction which is a nice feature when its mounted.— good for 480p/720p/1080i resolutions. Not designed for 3d or 4k projection. No noticeable distinction when switching between 1080i and 1080p on projection. (please note Im using a cell phone to control output resolution based on whats available and a 4k blu ray 3d dvd player to test higher functionality)— No significant lag when playing older style systems. (by older I mean ps3 and xbox 360 and before)— Customer service was very good. Original item had a pixel defect. Small black square about the size of a nickel at a 5ft distance. Worked with the customer service team to resolve operational issues and even have the unit replaced. I can’t speak for everyone but its rare to get good customer service these days.Cons—Volume is very low not made for large style rooms or rooms with high ceilings but great for kids a room or small space where you don’t want to the sound to fill the room. Sound is very muffled i think would be the simplest way to describe it.— Lag noticeable on ps4 and when streaming internet content from services such as netflix. Not a total deal breaker given the price.— Infa red receiver is located on the back. Does not receive remote functions well unless you are positioned behind the projector.— VGA input located on the back unlike the remaining inputs that are located on the side. (Again not a deal breaker this is just an aesthetic preference)— Fan is somewhat noisy in comparison to other models.— Tends to run hot after all day use but remains cool for relatively the first 4-6 hours even though it still casts off heat it is not hot to the touch.—adding external speakers seems to add an airy quality to the projected sound. (will retest with a different set of wired speakers as all the speakers were primarily designed to be bt wireless with a corded option. Speakers were Bose and Monster jambox)— First time connections to miracast are relatively easy reconnects sometimes take multiple attempts.Recommendations/Closing thoughts— great for kids and gaming on older console systems pre ps4/xbox one.— not recommended for a home theater due to poor audio performance.— Very travel friendly no large bulky components and relatively easy to setup. Will I keep it or return it??????— Hopefully this will be replacing my older digital galaxy projector for family gaming use if can address the audio performance since the image quality is less pixelated than the digital galaxy and larger than the pico and less noisy than the unbranded tester.I received this item for a discount in exchange for my unbiased review of this item.

Great buy
This projector is great! The picture is awesome the audio sounds good I have had a few other projectors and this it the first one I have had that I didn't have to connect additional speakers to watch in a movie. And the wifi worked great.
