I actually think this has worked well. If you take them right after your last meal, drink plenty of water. Just not so much that you are up all night going to bathroom. You wake up and feel like maybe I need to go to bathroom. Normal bowels also. Not rushing because it’s a disaster! Maybe TMI, literally you feel so great! And ready to start your day!
