Unique toy very durable
my kids are 3, 5 and 8 so when I ordered this Nook- Nookie wooden mouse I really thought it would be more geared towards my 3 year old than anything, however instead it has become a war over who gets it. The mouse is attached to a bouncy spring so my 8 year old likes to bounce it like a yoyo, my 5 year old likes to pretend its her pet, and my 3 year old just thinks its the neatest toy ever made. As for me I am so excited to see them playing with something thats not electronic I am considering buying them all one just to stop the fights, anything that encourages them to come unplugged is a plus in this moms book.The mouse is adorable with a simple yet well made approach to a classic toy. Wooden toys are more durable in general than plastic toys and I think this mouse is no exception. The mouse is well made with wood that is not only excellent quality but very smooth so splinters or rough spots are not an issue for little hands. The arms and legs are attached securely on the mouse as well as the ears, I am not concerned any of the pieces will fall off, my kids have played pretty rough with this mouse and he withstands it perfectly.The bouncy spring on the mouse adds a unique twist and makes the mouse more than just a regular toy. The mouse actually bounces pretty far and my kids bounce him probably 100 times a day. I was worried with as rough as my kids bounce it that it would break somehow but I have been extremely pleased to see everything holds together in one piece and the mouse looks brand new even after a week with my kids. Overall I have been very pleased with the quality of this little mouse and highly recommend it. FUN Nook-Nookie Toy Spring Mouse
First of all, this toy mouse, was better than I expected it to be. I was thinking it was going to be just a little doodad, but it was much more, The mouse toy has a spring that one can bounce like a yo-yo and because it is made of wood, does not break or crack. This mouse can bounce up and down real high as well as low. I bought this for my nephew, but my teens play with it more...they say its to amuse their cousin, but I can see they enjoy it too. Honestly this toy is just FUN!!The mouse toy was received on time, thanks to Prime shipping. The wooden mouse toy is Eco-friendly as it is made of 100% beech-wood, so it is natural. The colors are not harmful to small children and the paint has no artificial colors or dangers to it. My nephew kept putting the legs in his mouth, and those are made of string and wood. I adore this product, because it is fun for lil ones and big ones alike. I too, love to play with it as it bounces up and down. Great toy!
This toy is adorable! It seems well made and durable. My one year old son loves it. He has pulled on almost all the moving parts and all of the pieces have held on! (He is supervised closely with this toy since it does have so many little parts that could potentially fall off) The spring at the top is very flexible and the mouse bounces up and down easily. It mesmerizes my son, he loves watching it bounce. This would make a cute little baby shower gift!
