It’s a great tool to use when you want a nice crispy fade just wish it came with cool care or something cuz it was not cheap but you pay for what you get type of thing

I have been waiting to try these edgers for a long time and I am definitely not disappointed. I have pair of Gold FX as well and for the money I really like gamma protege. I purchased them because I wanted a smaller liner that still had power. They are light weight, powerful, and has a great battery with a pong charge. If you use them for personal use you would rarely have to charge them

I ordered these because 2 other hairdressers I work with have the same trimmers. Loved them whenever I tried them. Decided to get my own. Ordered from Amazon, the other stylists trimmers came from Miller Beauty Supply. Not sure if that makes a difference in quality but mine from Amazon absolutely sucked. They def weren't as powerful when it came to the charge nor were they cutting around the neckline or the ears as sharp or close as the ones my fellow stylists have that I tried. Hoping the ones they've sent me to replace the first set are better. Will update and leave another review once I try them.

I'm a hair stylist, work for myself and work at a kids cutting salon, these are great for both places. Not loud at all and holds a charge.

Weak motor and not sharp, even with the ultimate diamond blade, which was also a bust.

Good for 9 months and stopped working
