The media could not be loaded. I give 5 stars because:1. The cushion is comfortable enough for long sitting.2. The reclining is great and can be set at any level you want with no issue or sudden move while you are on the chair.3. The form of the chair is good for those having back pain when they sit for longer hours.4. The foot rest is great addition to this as not all office has this.5. Im short (4.9ft) but this chair has a perfect lowest level to have a good position and posture when I use it for work.6. The wheels are sturdy. I had some doubts before because of the price and it might be a bad quality, but this is good quality and can easily move around.7. It is leather made and I know not very ideal for cold weather, however, my personal preference is leather because you can clean it easily unlike other materials where it can easily get stained.This is very heavy by the way, so keep that in mind. Also it is good to remember that they clearly mentioned it is a vibration massage. It was indeed a vibration! So manage your expectations so don’t end up being disappointed. It is a VIBRATION MASSAGE, just remember that😊

Bought this chair just under a year ago, about six months ago it started to groan and creak when sitting back and getting up. Over the last three months the seat part of it has started to thin and get uncomfortable. I can now feel the bolts coming through from underneath. I have contacted the supplier and they stated that the chairs only have six months warranty and are not prepared to do anything. It was a comfortable chair but not long lasting for daily use.

The chair was relatively easy to assemble using the Allen key provided and following the instructions even though they were only outline diagrams without description. It is quite heavy though - over 20-22Kg - so some might need help. Once assembled, the result was pretty good. Good looking executive office chair, with deep and soft cushions, excellent ability to recline and extension footrest. The massage functionality is also decent, better than what I was expecting based on some customer reviews on office chairs with a similar functionality but by no means comparable to an actual massage or a professional massage chair.I use the chair with my desk to work comfortably on the computer during office hours, and recline it with the footrest extended for a comfortable reading chair/ watching telly during the evenings. Thus far, everything seems sturdy.One slight niggle is with the armrests. As they move back and forward with the chair reclining, I feel they become loose and shaky/ wobbly quickly with use and may need to be tightened using the Allen key provided quite often. In the last 2-3 weeks, I have had to do so twice already. Nothing that can't be resolved and it's not like the armrests seem like they might come off but would be nice if I didn't have to do so every few days. Also worth noting that the chair does not come with any warranty or guarantee so the risks of poor quality or durability from manufacturing defects or design flaws remain with the buyer.

This is a brilliant chair - you can lean all the way back and kick your feet up. You can take snoozes in it. Also it’s wide and large for someone who may be bigger or taller. An excellent buy although the massage could be better, it’s basically a vibrating chair rather than massaging - but the chair itself is very comfortable and great to be in for long periods of time.

After reading some of the reviews I was looking forward to trying out this chair, and kept an open mind.Delivery was quicker than expected, even with the COVID / XMAS rush, so props for that.People are right when they say it is heavy, so it certainly wouldn’t hurt to have someone help manoeuvre the box into position.Assembly is straight forward. Although I did almost fall foul of a particular part which although had an ‘up’ arrow, didn’t tell you which way it faced - particularly important as it determined if the chair would be positioned at the wrong angle or not. I would suggest thinking carefully about its orientation during assembly. The other thing I noticed is that the back piece isn’t secured in place and once assembled, if handled by the back as opposed to the seat, it will pop out.Otherwise, once assembled, the chair looks stunning.Now I have only been using this chair for about 10 days now, but unfortunately already it hasn’t kept up with my expectations.I am a 19 stone 6”1 male so your mileage may vary, however soon after using the chair I noticed the seat is not padded enough, or perhaps has cheap materials that leads to feeling the metal mechanism through your buttocks. Not overly painful, but noticeable after a few hours sitting down. Also, one of the first times I enthusiastically sat down in the chair, I heard an ominous crack of something breaking, and then felt the chair was ever so slightly tiled - perhaps part of a castor? Not sure. Also the headrest stops short at around the top of my shoulders when I’m sitting up straight - bear that in mind.Otherwise, the massage function is novel, and as people have mentioned previously, is more of a vibrator for the back. Still, it is actually quite pleasurable. Although many-a-time has the cable snagged on the wheels and disconnected. It comes with a cushion for lumbar support which is a bonus and is comfy but also versatile.I bought the chair as a gaming chair with the intention that it was more comfortable and not as ugly as a traditional gaming chair, and overall I would say it is a good purchase, but I wouldn’t buy it again. For the price, it’s great value for money - perhaps if I was lighter and shorter, my issues would be non-existent.Sorry for the 3 stars, but a few issues left me feeling disappointed. I hope somebody finds this review useful.
