Today I received this gorgeous clock. I brought this clock as a replacement for my living room clock that had stopped working. I really looked hard to find one that would be as close a match as possible to old one. This clock fit the bill perfectly. The clock has a beautifully finished wooden frame, glass cover, second hand and floral motif that gives it a nice touch. Also the clock is very quiet. It is a lovely replacement for the clock that quit. Initially I had thought it was pricey when I ordered it but now I am so glad I did. It is a lovely item and worth the price.

Overall not a bad wall clock for the price. Compared to the ones I have looked at in the brick and motor stores this one is by far better. Probably the most impressive aspect of this clock is the wooden case. Very nice quality, from the overall construction to the warm finish. The numbers are large enough that they can been seen from a distance (10 feet or so). The only negative is the flimsy cardboard backing, it really takes away from the piece itself. Granted you don't see it but when you hold the clock it just seems flimsy. If the company would have at least placed a wooden backing it may have added to the weight issue without being cost prohibitive. Am still pleased with the purchase...

Not bad looking. Wood looked nice. The background is just a printed sheet, but that's ok. What bothered me is that it was obviously a returned item. The box and internal packaging were beat up enough to show it had been opened and repackaged. Put a battery in it and it did not work. Second hand twitched, but did not rotate. The hands never moved. It only has the correct time only twice a day. If you order one, you might be the next person to get this same broken clock.

I've been having "cheap" clocks in our second home at the seashore but finally decided to get a "good one" - and this fits the bill. Its earthy tones blend nicely with the beachfront visible out the window next to where it is hanging. As advertised, it is quiet. It's only been installed for two days, so it's too early to say how durable it is.

Overall I truly do like this clock, looks great on the wall I chose it for, however the second hands got stuck and the clock wouldn't keep time. I have taken apart the clock to access them bend them out a bit so they won't catch on each other. They are extremely fragile. I would not buy this again. The product reviews of this item were overall great and I was trusting that I would have a great experience as well. I must have gotten a lemon and was very disappointed. I elected to keep the clock vs returning it because I do love the look of it and I have been able to repair it myself so it does now work and keeps time.

Clock face if so reflective it can only be read from a very narrow angle. Time keeping and quality of materials were fine.

Our kitchen clock stopped working a month ago. I looked in a few retail stores and saw wall clocks were generally over priced. I checked Amazon several times and read the reviews on this clock. It is a nice wood finish with distinct hands. Absolutely quiet. The clock is a very good value.

This is a beautiful clock with a real wood frame that is nicely finished. It keeps excellent time. My only problem with it is that the glass on the front is curved and reflects the light from the windows do the degree that at certain times of the day it is difficult to read the time because of the glare.
