Varta 2CR5 6 Volt Lithium Battery

Popped it right into my  Canon EOS-3 film SLR , works perfectly... and a WAY better deal than looking for one of these at my local hardware store.It's a battery, it fits in the space it's supposed to fit in, and it works... what more could I ask for?

Received quickly, shipping was free. I would definitely buy again. Varta is one of those really old brands from before the current popular brands became so. I remember it from my childhood (I'm 63) and it was always considered good. It works fine in my Minolta binoculars.

After seeing the suspiciously low price($4.87), I was suspicious. Seeing such a low price though let me take a gamble, and it was a very fruitful one at that. I got four of these for about $25, and I'm still on my first one(granted I haven't used my camera very often). Though your chances of getting these batteries at the price that I got is slim, these batteries are still cheaper and they perform just as well as other more expensive brands. I highly recommend these to anyone still using film cameras.

Just beware that this battery brand doesn't always work with a Cannon Eos Camerabecause some are manufactured a fraction shorter & don't make the proper connection. Ibought another just like it and it works perfectly.

I have not used it yet. I am hoping hat the battery will perform well, and have a long life... We will see!!

It is so difficult to nowdays find batterries for my SLR 35mm camera, and this battery rwalky surpase my expectations; very good quality and price.
