doesn't dissolve
I'm only giving this 4 stars, because it doesn't dissolve, but just floats in little orange clumps on the top of my soup. It's a great idea, and a blessing to not have to take more pills, and I am only a little annoyed at the clumps.

Tastes bad and mixes poorly
I have nothing positive to say about this product. The product changes the taste of everything you mix it with. The product doesn't mix very well - it kind of clumps. It CAN be mixed but it takes effort. The packaging, well, don't try to remove the plastic wrap around the container because leaves the glue on the container and, of course, makes it sticky. Lastly, stick with name brands as at least they're accountable. This product tastes terrible, doesn't mix well, and is of dubious provenance.

As someone who has huge issues with capsules and pills of all sizes, I truly appreciate how easy this multivitamin is to use. I have been taking gummies, but I think this is even better because it doesn't contain sugar, fructose, and all that other unnecessary stuff that is often added to gummies.The Probiotic and Enzyme Blends in this multivitamin are a nice added bonus for my GERD and digestion issues. There are even flax seeds, which are high in omega-3's. So, it is a pretty well-rounded supplement. I don't take the time to measure this, either. I just do three shakes on top of a side item (usually a veggie, rice, mashed potatoes) and I'm done! Too easy.Everyone has different taste buds, so some may hate the flavor while others don't mind it. It only slightly changes the flavor but is pretty much unnoticeable unless the food is really bland. The slight chalky flavor is easily hidden with robust seasonings or sauces.
