xxl would be a good fit for you. I'm 5'10 190 chest about 42 and the xl fits me a little tight.

I ordered that exact shirt, and yes, it was a long sleeve, even though the description said short sleeve. The arms and chest fit like the picture, but the waist was not tapered for a slim fit.
