Not Good
I purchased it as a dietary supplement, however when I received it stated on the bottle, "Topical Use Only".Silver which can be purchased at Health/Nutrition Stores do not contain this label.After requesting a refund for this reason, I received an email from someone at the distribution company, stating that the label was required by the FDA, but that this person uses it as a dietary supplement for herself and her family. I did not receive word on my return and refund.Again, Silver which can be purchased at Health/Nutrition Stores do not contain this label: "For Topical Use Only".I simply have not opened or used the product due to the label. I did not purchase it for topical use only.

Saved my rabbits from deadly virus!
I use this for myself, my kids and my rabbits. I find that gargling with it helps remove tonsil stones and keep them from recurring. Recently, I have been using it to keep my rabbits alive. They’ve suffered from a deadly virus that’s going around, which has killed nearly all my rabbits before I thought to try this!

I have used this brand of silver internally off and on as needed for several years. Actually on their website, they have a stronger one (600 ppm), that is the one I use. And for those who are worried about the 'topical use only' notice on the label...it is true that the FDA requires this on all angstrom silver. If you find angstrom silver in a health food store that does not have this notice, they are simply not complying with regulations.Colloidal silver is not the same thing, it is definitely inferior.You can find lots of info online on angstrom particles vs colloids. One such website gives the following info: 1. It takes 1 million angstroms on a horizontal plain to cross the distance of one micron. 2. A colloid has been found to be a micron or bigger in size.This means that the angstrom silver particles are at least one million times smaller than colloid particles and are easily absorbed by the body. (The website in question was at cilihealthstore.com/home/news/size-matters-angstrom-vs-colloidal/).I always hear about the 'danger' of silver...specifically that it will turn you blue. There was once a guy on tv who turned blue from colloidal silver. He admitted he took large quantities of it regularly for several years. He had no other adverse effects.This product is angstrom silver, not colloidal. Since the particles are smaller, they tend to not get trapped in the tissues. As I said, I have used this as needed for years with great results. Usually for something like a sore infected tooth, but once I used it successfully on an infected eye. It always works great, and I do not have to worry about it killing off the beneficial bacteria in my digestive system.I have nothing to do with this company, I just didn't want this product to get a bad rap unfairly. If you check my review history, you will see that I have reviewed several supplements and health products from various companies. I have a background in nutrition and managed a health food store for years.Oh, one more thing....I have used this for my dog as well, with great results. My neighbor has a dachshund with a bad toe...he has been on various antibiotics for the past 2-3 years. A couple of months ago, she started putting just a few drops of the angstrom silver in her dogs food. The toe has finally cleared up and her dog is walking normally again.I am a big believer in going natural whenever possible. Angstrom minerals (no matter which one you use), have particles smaller than any cell in your body, and absorption is pretty much guaranteed! This is the BEST colloidial silver you can buy.
You have no idea how much this product can affect your life. I used a high quality Colloidal silver for many years. This was supplied by my chiropractor, and it was phenomenal. Insect stings - coral cut?? Antibiotics wouldn't touch it. A bandage with CS on it, and its taken care of in a couple of days.Bacterial laden salad - upset stomach - diarrhea? 1 oz 300 ppm in water 3 x a day, and its done in 2 days. Travelling overseas with questionable food and water? Take 1/2 oz twice a day as a prophylactic and cut down on all the trips to the bathroom.Flu coming on strong, with the sinus burning? Gargle full strength with the 300 PPM, and you are done. Anti Bacterial, anti virus - gram positive and gram negative -I have used this particular product for 10 years now, and it is the absolute best on the market.
