I got this for a mates 21st, she was ecstatic!It comes with little velcro tabs to attach it around your torso. The only thing I would say it that you might have to pin it in place because it moves about a little bit because of the extra weight of the velcro.Overall though, a very nice gift, it fits with the vibe of a 21st party!
