Keep on Kovers Z cleat cover for Speedplay zero or Light Action Cleats (Cleats in the photo is sold seperately)

Works very well and fulfills a critical function. Have not had them fall off yet... They seem to stay on well enough.Does NOT keep sand or grit out of the cleat socket, but protects the metal outer layer and makes walking much more pleasant. The alternative covers that you carry when not walking provide more complete protection, but only once you get them on.I have not tried the new Speedplay yellow walking cleat with the plug.

I returned these without opening. They are HUGE and look very clunky. If you want to talk with your Speedplays, get the Frog pedals with MTB shoes and walk. By the time you got the zero cleats, these covers on your shoes, you are carrying as much weight as the Frog+MTB shoes and still trading convenience.

Complete waste of money!Such easy removal they fell off my first ride with them and now they are lost somewhere on the road.I had made sure they were nicely secured before I set out but at some point disengaging from my pedals must have caused them to pop off and I didn't notice as I continued biking on busy roadways. I was quite annoyed when I discovered that both were gone.

in use you are not aware it is there. It saves the cleats and is non skid. works for me....

I really like these covers. You don't have to take them off and on, they just always stay on your cleat. I have no problems getting in and out of the pedal, the cleat just snaps right in. Obviously it makes walking much easier; no metal on concrete feel or sound. Keeps cleats clean and protects them from damage. I like them much better than the coffee shop covers.

The biggest complaint i have about speedplays are that you wear down the cleats quickly. My last pair were worn down so badly that I needed to cut the plate off because the screws were so badly shredded. These covers should COME with speedplays -- they protect the mechanics and do not cause any issues as far as locking in or unlocking from the cleat. They provide coffee shop owners a level of calm because their hardwood floors aren't being destroyed and allows you a level of comfort in the fact that you wont slip down a flight of stairs.I would highly recommend these... even at 50% the cost of new cleats, the benefits heavily outweigh the cost.

While these are a great concept, they cost 2.5 times as much as Speedplay Coffee Covers ($10). Buy Speedplay covers and simply modify by cutting out " pedal" section. After doing one set, will take you 5-10 minutes! These are obscenely overpriced!

Don’t work for me,Won’t stay on shoe.I would walk maybe three steps and they would fall off.
