Recently ordered 1 tin of the Feliz instant coffee medium roast to try it out because it seemed affordable and I love trying to new coffee brands. The directions say to use ~1-2 teaspoons but I ended up using about .5-1 tablespoon instead (i didn't exactly measure it but used a regular spoon). Mixed it with my alkaline hot water and was pleasantly surprised by the taste as it was pretty good! I would describe it as slightly acidic with a medium caffeine buzz akin to pike place from starbucks.Would I buy this again? Absolutely. I feel that this coffee will mix well basically any type of coffee (hot, iced, mixed with another else).

I am a heavy coffee drinker - 99% of the time, I pick up freshly roasted whole beans each week, grind it myself each morning, & pull espresso shots to make lattes or americanos. The other 1% of the time, I go to a local coffee shop to treat myself.I went out on a limb to try this 'instant' coffee with low expectations, & I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The packaging is beautiful, it smells great upon opening, & the cup of coffee took moments to make, but was packed with flavor & a distinct profile that made me want to keep coming back for more.Highly recommend.

I've used many different instant coffees in the past for backpacking trips or in an attempt to get rid of the wait time for my morning cup before hitting the road on the way to work. I've found many different convenient options in the past but none of them taste like a quality cup of coffee. They've always tasted like a bag of chemicals or the chafe of an over-roasted batch of coffee. A cup of Filiz tastes like a 3rd wave roaster and provides convenience AND a great-tasting cup. Love it!

I don’t always drink instant coffee, but when I do, I drink Feliz 💯This is a great option for a quick cup on the go. I especially enjoy it iced or mixed in with my protein for breakfast or before a workout. Mixes very quickly with a splash of hot water. Tastes fresh and is very smooth. Definitely worth a buy!

If you’re anything like me, you were a little hesitant when you saw “instant” in the description. Boy was I wrong! I usually just drink espresso, roast my own beans, yadda, yadda… When I made a cup for the first time, I stirred in the coffee and to my amazement, a thick crema formed and I thought, “ok, this is a good sign.” The flavor is just on the darker side of a medium roast which is usually what I shoot for. Lots of chocolate notes and some nuttiness and just toasty goodness. Now I get to enjoy the convenience of instant without compromising my coffee snobbery.
