Less than a month date!!! No jar!!
Will be sending this back! Just arrived today ... Firstly it's in a jiffy bag as pictured in my post which I was not expecting. This is a gift and I expected it as it was shown on the photo.... In a jar.I thought, never mind I'll just buy a jar.... Oh wait the expiry date is 26th of THIS MONTH?!Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend anyone purchase this product!

Fantastic
It really did work, fantastic quality of sourdough starter, please go online and follow their instructions its straightforward. I have used mineral water for the feeding and left it next to the window during daytime in the sun and it did rise. Also use clean sanitised equipments to prevent any mould building.
