Kidney health must have!
We got this as a food additive for our two young (~1 yr) cats as a prophylactic. They love the flavor. We just add a few scoops to dry food and shake well to coat.We were happy with it but didn’t know how it might do with an animal that already was having issues. A friend has an about 2 yo dachshund and mentioned he wasn’t feeling well and hadn’t been peeing as often as usual. We gave her some and encountered her two weeks later. She said the improvement was incredible.(Should not be used as a substitute for proper veterinary care and a cranberry supplement had already been suggested for this dog)As a bonus, it lasts for months if you’re just costing dry food with a few scoops at a time

good product for pets with bladder problems
I got this for a cat and a dog with bladder problems. The powder is easy to give to my dog, but the cat hates the taste. I won't blame the powder, but my picky cat. So far, I have to give this twice a day for it to be effective. It seems to be working better for my dog than my cat, who has an "emotional bladder." I use a similar product myself so I know it works. I just need to give it more time with my cat.

Great product. Worked for my dog
I was alittle skeptical that this wasnt going to help my dog. She has been having some mild problems with UTI for at least a year or longer.I decided to try a more natural approach. So I found this product. It said money back guarantee so I had nothing to lose. After being onthis product for almost a month I took some of my dogs urin in to my vet to get tested. My vet called me this morning and said that herurin test came back really good. No UTI any more. I was so glad. So I can very highly recommend this product.

IT WORKS!!! MY CAT LOVES IT!!!
My cat was crying wit a UTI I bought this stuff (researched the ingredients online first). Gave it to my cat. The infection cleared right up. Now I mix some in her wet food every morning, I stir it up really well.YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS: I was lazy this morning, I left out the UTRIN. My cat kept fussing and crying although I had given her her wet food. She Wouldn't eat it. So, I mixed some UTRIN in it. She gobbled it up, and stopped crying. NO LIE. There is nothing in there that's harmful. (Little secret: I even took some.). It has liver powder in it for cat flavor. I guess that with little bit of cranberry is a treat to her????

Cost me $596 for an emergency vet visit after my cat had some of this!
My cat got very, very sick immediately after eating this in her food. Terrible vomiting. We ended up having to take her to the emergency vet, in the middle of the night. They thought she might have some kind of intestinal blockage. Long story short, I was refunded what I paid for the product, but the vet bill was $596!! If you want to give your pet d-Mannose, and it does help prevent and cure UTIs both in people and in animals, just open up one of your human capsules (I use the Now brand) and sprinkle a little on their food. I have been doing that for ages and never had a problem. I think the problem is with their desiccated liver...

No more trips to vet
After taking my cat to vet for a second round of anti-biotic, for a bladder infection, I decided to try this product...It seems to be working well in combination with also starting a pro-biotic supplement and a urinary acidifier called (Vetoquinol Methigel)..I was advised by the vet that because my cat is in early stages of kidney failure her urine is not acidic enough to kill bad bacteria...Because she is drinking more water her urine is diluted and not as strong...After 2 infections a month apart my cat has now gone 4 months without any recurring infection.
