We've been setting up our home gym and this worked perfectly for the punching bag we wanted to hang. It was fairly easy to install and it has held up well.

Combined with an anti-spinning link, the bad boy stays right where it should taking more damage without flying around. It's good, get it.

Awesome extension for a heavy bag. Using in to hang for my ceiling from a 2x12. Takes are the pressure and weight from my punching Would but again.

I didn’t get to use all the parts at the same time but they are all pretty solid and I used them for a 150 pound muaythai bag

Basically this is just a ok product overall, not for hard cores
